Welcome to ½ Day and Full Day Pre-K 4 with Ms. Gunther! I’m so excited to be with you this year as you continue to learn, explore, and grow.
In preschool, we work hard—although our work might look a lot like play to everyone else! Through purposeful play, we build important skills in social-emotional development, language and literacy, math, science, social studies, and religion. We learn how to share, problem-solve, communicate, make friends, ask questions, explore new ideas, and become more independent each day.
We also spend plenty of time creating and expressing ourselves with paint, crayons, markers, paper, glue, and so much more. Every block we build, picture we create, story we tell, and game we play is an opportunity to learn something new.
Playing is important work in Pre-K—and we can’t wait to get started! 💙🐾
We had such a wonderful time meeting our fourth-grade Faith Partners! We introduced ourselves, answered their thoughtful questions, and spent some time getting to know one another. Then we headed to the playground for some fun together! Afterward, we took a walk near the Basilica and posed for pictures with our new friends. We can’t wait to see our Faith Partners again!
